I noticed that in your Apollo search URL, the Email Status option (Verified, Unverified, or User Managed) hasn’t been selected, and the “Include catch-all emails” toggle isn’t turned ON (it should be switched to the right-hand side). Because of this, you may get fewer email addresses when exporting your data.

Here’s why this matters:
– If the Email Status option is not selected, Apollo will show all people, including those without email addresses. So if you need all the people’s data with email addresses and also without email addresses, then you can skip this feature.
– When you select the Email Status option, the total number of contacts may decrease, but the data will be more accurate.

To increase your total number of leads, you can simply add:
– A few more job titles
– More industries
– Or a wider employee size range

This will help you get a better balance between data quantity and quality.
